April 9th, 2023: Weather And The Progression Of AI

Today was OK.

Today was around 72 degrees. Pretty hot in comparison to last week. I think this means that it's starting to turn into spring time. It was the first time I've taken my jacket off outside in a long time. Anyways, the warm weather was pretty nice.

AI is becoming scarily good. It's able to give a response extremely fast, and the responses are accurate. GPT-4 was released about a month ago but I'm hearing it now. They've developed the new model really quickly. I saw on the media that laws might be passed to restrict the development of AI. AI is an extremely powerful tool. but it can also surpass human performance. However, it's important to consider human creativity, which I think (and hope) AI won't ever reach.
