August 2nd: Cross Country Conditioning
Today was alright,
In the morning, I went around town on my bike.
For Cross Country Conditioning, we did our regular mile run, then some leg exercises and stretches. Afterwards, we did some crazy sprints. We sprinted one side of the field, then walked the other side, then we sprinted two sides, then walked two sides... I think you get the idea. I think I ran really fast, and my head was hurting and I was pretty tired afterwards. My side was also hurting a lot during the last laps. Tomorrow, I'll try to eat a little earlier so that my side doesn't hurt as much.
