August 30th: Robotics Interviews, XC Practice, and Website Update

Today was good.

We had some Robotics Interviews today. Some went better than others. As a team, we just need to organize ourselves a bit better so that way our flow is better.

Anyways, I also went to practice, where we spent the first half learning how to run better. As it turns out, when I run, I REALLY need to focus on my breathing. A lot of the time, when I run, my side hurts. I searched online and I couldn't find any solutions apart from running slower. Finally, my questions were answered when my coach said that running while breathing in through your mouth causes your side to hurt because so much air is going into your stomach. So, hopefully my side will stop hurting so much in the future. Then, we did our warm-up, and a leg workout. I was a little disappointed that we were just doing a leg workout, since I missed the running that we did yesterday since I was in Robotics. I'll probably just run more during the weekend.

I've also updated my website, so now some of the information is more up to date. To name, I've update my home page, because the website does have a little more things to do on it, and my about me page, since I've had to quit Yearbook since it's turned into a class. I'm technically not in chess club anymore, but once I join that in I'll change the About Me page again.
