December 15th: Ripped Jacket, Robotics Duties and Babysitting

Today was alright.

When I was in Calculus class, I jumped over a cord, but then my jacket caught onto the fire extinguisher, which tore my puff jacket. It was one of my most favorite jackets, also rather expensive, but it's simply an unfortunate occurrence in life. All the fluff went everywhere and it was hard to isolate it and throw it away.

After school, I went to the room of the Robotics Team's advisor, Mr. K, to discuss about the potluck, because we still didn't decide on how we were going to get the wings from Buffalo Wild Wings to our potluck, because even though we moved the meeting from 11-2, Buffalo Wild Wings still opens at just 11, so the food won't be available before the meeting. Fortunately, the engineering team lead, Eduardo, could get his family to help get the food for us.

Afterwards, I helped my other friend who was with Mr. K do his APCSP project. After he was finished, I started creating analyses of our attendance sheet to see who was showing up and who wasn't, but Mr. K wanted help with grading, so I helped him with the physical work. I also wanted to avoid babysitting my baby nephew, so helping my teacher grade would be a great reason to stay.

Anyways, when I got home, I helped my grandma take care of my baby nephew. My grandma prepared him some dinner while I played with him with a balloon I got from the Robotics room. He behaved decently today. I swear, he says every word BUT the Chinese word for uncle (me).

Praying for you J.P!!!!

Thanks for reading,
Issac
