Feburary 24th, 2023: Website, Wintery Weather, Cars and Public Transportation

Today was not bad.

After a long time, I've finally set up non-www to www for my website. It took a really long time for me to figure out, but I finally got it set up. It's sort of important, because most times, I feel that people will forget to put the www, so they would think that the website is down or non-existent when they try to visit the site. I still need to setup the my website on Google, because all the old indexes don't work anymore.

Today I saw some snow! In California! While I was walking around in Dublin, I took some pictures of the snow in the nearby mountains. There were 3 mountains that I saw with snow. I'm pretty sure that when it was actually "winter season," it wasn't even as extreme as this.

I wonder if, in the future, cars will get bigger or smaller. In both cases, they have their respective applications, positives, and negatives. Some positives include cheaper manufacturing costs, since there doesn't need to be as much material to create a functioning car. This results in more availability for people as cars will be more affordable. With larger cars, this is an exact opposite. Furthermore, larger cars will require more advanced engines to move all the weight. However, smaller cars can only have such a beefy engine with their size, meaning that they'll be slower. Perhaps the current design of cars is optimal, but this digs into the question of public transport. Whether big cars or small cars are the future of transportation, the infrastructure of public transport must be more advanced for it to become a major form of transportation that people will commonly use.
