July 26th, 2023: Haircut and Cross Country Conditioning (Day 3)

Today was OK.

I got a haircut in the morning. I wanted it longer, but my barber still cut it a little short.

Anyways, today was the 3rd day of Cross Country Conditioning. My coach said that some of us ran too fast and told us to run 5 laps instead of 4. Then, we did some leg exercises and stretches, and then we ran our 30 minute easy run. Unfortunately, for me, during the easy run, my stomach began to hurt, so I had to just do a brisk walk. I really wanted to keep running and not stop today, but hopefully I can achieve that goal tomorrow. After that, we did some core exercises and some stretches.
