November 1st: The First Day Of November, Cross Country Practice, and Robotics
Today was OK.
Today is the first day of November! Now, the weather is rather chilly, the Cross Country Season is almost over, and we have just a month before we have our second off-season competition for the Robotics team. I hope November Break comes soon, I really want to have a longer break.
Anyways, for Cross Country practice, we did our regular mile warm up. Afterwards, we did 2-mile repeats. So, we ran 2 miles, then we ran another 2 miles. I ran them at a 9 minute pace, which I'm not exactly the most proud of. After that, we did some stretches.
During the break periods in Cross Country practice, I popped inside the Robotics room to check in to see what they were doing. In the first half of the meeting, everyone was helping out cleaning up the room. Then, in the second half, the programming continued studying C++. I made a lesson and lecture plan throughout the day for them, but I wasn't able to conduct the lesson since the advisor suggested that I went to Cross Country practice. I think I'll be able to use it for our Sunday meeting.
