October 12th: Cross Country Practice 

Today was OK.

For Cross Country Practice, we did our regular mile warm-up, then our stretches and exercises. Afterwards, we did a core workout. After the core workout, we did sprints. We sprinted 1 side of the field, then walked one side, then sprinted 2 sides... I hope you get the idea. It's a bit hard to describe.

Afterwards, when I got home, I wanted to avoid taking a nap, but I ended falling asleep, which meant that I didn't get my homework turned in on time. Oh well!
