October 24th: Cross Country Practice At Lake Chabot and Robotics Fundraiser

Today was pretty good!

Today was the first time I had ran in a large capacity in around 4 days. I was also really tired throughout the day because I didn't sleep much last night.

During lunch break, I helped out in the Robotics fundraiser. We were selling a lot of snacks, and I'm very proud of the value of the items we were selling. I was in charge of tallying up the sales, while others were in charge of speaking with customers, retrieving items, and advertising our fundraiser. We were pretty successful today.

For Cross Country practice, we took the school vans to Lake Chabot. We started off with some stretches and exercises. Afterwards, we ran up the hill until we reached the bridge, where we started doing hill sprints. In total, we did sprinted up and down the hill 7 times. I was pretty tired by the end. Anyways, after that, we all started jogging back to the vans, where we did our cooldown, then we drove back home. It was really cold when we arrived back to campus, so I think it's becoming autumn now!
