September 18th: Robotics Meeting

Today was OK.

We had a Robotics meeting today. We played a quick rock paper scissors game. It was pretty fun, actually! Then, because we are in need of a lot of funds, we did some brainstorming for potential fundraising ideas. After that, since some people today weren't at the meeting yesterday, we covered over CalGames and the shadowing process. After, students grouped up with their teams and we helped explain what we were doing. I helped with the programming and electrical team. We were doing some research about the encoder, and as it turned out, we also needed an adapter to plug it into the RoboRIO.

Anyways, after that discovery, I decided that since I'm working with the programming team, I would just go over the code. It wouldn't actually be that useful to them, but at least as the programming team, they know what the code does.

This night I actually discovered how to properly wire everything and the code as well, so hopefully we can get that setup really soon.
