April 23rd: Robotics Meeting, Class of '09, and Badminton Club

Today was OK.

In today's robotics meeting, the programming team did some measurements for our encoder pose estimation so that it is a little more accurate. We also moved some of our photonvision pose estimation code to our regular pose estimation, which we'll be testing tomorrow.

The engineering team got a lot more work done on the speaker. It's looking pretty good!

After the meeting I went to buy some Steam gift cards to repay back a debt. I also purchased a game on Steam, called Class of '09. I've recently been looking at this game and I love it for its dark humor and unsolicited realities of society.

I've also submitted an application for the Badminton Club at school for being a co-equipment manager. I'm thinking of developing some software so that way tracking and managing their inventory is much easier. Hopefully I get the position!

I've actually only played badminton once in my life, which was when I was little. I never played after my first time because my cousin hit me when I laughed at the word "birdie." I want to buy a racket for myself though (which would make sense if I'm in the Badminton Club,) so if you have any suggestions, please leave them in the comment section below.

Lately, many classes have a lot of projects due soon, so I need to "lock in" a little more and work on them.

Thanks for reading,
Issac
