April 7th: East Bay Regional (Day 3)

Today was good!

We had a good chunk of time before our first qualification match of the day. So, the programming team cleaned up our GitHub and finished creating a delayed one note auto, that way our other alliance members could finish their auto routines, and so that we wouldn't get in their way.

We did well for all of our qualification matches of the day, and we ended up at rank 18th out of 60 teams for the East Bay Regional! Unfortunately, we weren't selected for any alliances during alliance selection, however, we were the first backup team, which meant that if there was an inoperable robot for any alliance, we would be the first fill in team. The ref we were speaking to said that for the past 5 regionals he attended this season, there were at least 4 back up teams called.

Unfortunately, we were never called as a back up team, however, that means that the other robots in the alliances did well! Congratulations to all of the teams!

This season had it's ups and downs, but we still had an amazing improvement over past seasons. We keep seeing continual improvement to our team, from year to year! Hopefully next year will be even better!

Issac
