August 15th: Website Engagement, Cross Country Tryouts, and Gardening

Today was good.

Throughout school today people have been playing my latest game, Jacques' Kitchen Revenge. I'm proud that people are playing my game. Today, the peak number of requests was 725! Thank you everyone for visiting my website. It makes me happy! I hope you enjoy your visit!

After school, I attended Cross Country Tryouts. After the warm up, we ran for 1.5 miles. My form for the first mile was very nice. Then I started getting lazy with my form. I'm pretty happy with my performance though!

During the cool down I got to lead the other circle which was cool, but I felt out of place. I felt I didn't deserve to do it. I was still happy to do it though!

When I got home, I did some more gardening. Today, I planted some mango seeds. I had forgotten about them since school had started, but fortunately, they were still going strong. I got an extra large pot to plant them in. I'm really hoping these seeds will do well. I've been trying to germinate them for quite a while.

The seeds I planted earlier in the week weren't doing too well. My grandma and I didn't plant them deeply in the ground enough, so the roots were able to dry out a little more. I added some more gardening soil on top and gave it a light shower, and I'm hoping these seeds survive. These seeds have a bit of a personal significance to me, and I think I've put more effort in ensuring their initial germination.

I have to study more.

Thanks for reading,
Issac
