August 27th: Cross Country Practice
Today could've been better.
In XC practice today, my leg kept wanting to cramp. I think I should drink more water and stretch more.
After practice was pretty much over we tried to do our close out to avoid additional exercises but we were punished for disobedience.
I was really tired after I went home and I slept for a while. My entire body was so achy!
There's a race tomorrow. Hopefully we do well!
