August 7th: Freshmen Orientation, Helping Mr McNulty, and Tiredness
Today was decent.
In today's freshmen orientation, the freshmen mainly did testing in the first half. So, first, the other senior mentors and I played some card games. Then, we sort of disbanded, so I decided to sign up for the ACT in the main office, After I came back, I did a small amount of studying, then we went back to playing card games.
Finally, after lunch, we led the freshmen in some rally games. It was pretty fun, though many freshmen were unwilling to participate. Hopefully they won't act like this the entire school year!
After freshmen orientation was over, I headed over to my previous teacher's room, Mr. McNulty. He had some students helping him prepare his room, so I decided to join and help. It was pretty fun to decompress in his room and help around.
After I finally arrived home, I had a small online meeting to attend, and after that, I just blacked out on the couch until night time. Then, I played a little bit of Among Us with my friends.
I'm so tired. I want to sleep. I don't get much sleep every night. But I hate having to take naps in the middle of the day, they waste so much time!
