February 10th: Lunar New Year, Robotics Meeting, and Homework

Today was good.

It's Lunar New Year today! I dressed up in red for the occasion.

In today's Robotics Meeting, the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) came to see the progress on our team. We started a bit late, but we still had enough time to show off the robot. First we gave an introduction on the team and the game. Afterwards, since we started late, we had lunch. It was yummy. Afterwards, we showcased the individual teams. We also got a lot of design help, and we got some advice on how to operate. The electrical was especially happy because they learned how to properly use a soldering iron! The engineering team got some help with physics. The programming team got some advice on our workflow to avoid getting stuck. Overall, it was pretty fun to show off everything we've been working on.

After the meeting, I proceeded to go home, eat a little, and take a 3 hour nap until 7PM. Then, when I woke up, I did some homework.

Thanks for reading,
Issac
