March 28th: Robotics Meeting and Talent Show

Today was good!

In today's robotics meeting, I left before I ended up doing anything, because the electrical team was busy doing cable management after they had resolved the issue yesterday with the motor controllers. However, according to the programmers that tested, the PID turning functioned properly enough, although what the robot did to turn around was not what was expected, but we'll address that later.

I left the meeting early to attend my school's talent show. It began at 5. Many members of the robotics team were present to support our member Guanye with his piano performance. We were all recording with our phones like proud parents.

Some of my favorite performances from the night include the winning performances, including "The Back door/shot boys," which were four junior boys who danced to some popular songs. Luka's ballet was also beautiful to watch. Rachel's Kung Fu was impressive and cool to see. However, Anna's singing was powerful and awesome.

I hope to see more of something like this from the school! It was really fun to watch.

Thanks for reading,
Issac
