May 14th: AP English Language and Composition, AP Gardening and Farming, and Preparing For AP Computer Science Principles
Today was OK.
I woke up at 6 AM to get ready for the AP Lang exam today. I kept studying until the end! Similarly to yesterday, I can't detail about the exam yet until 2 days after the exam, which is when the FRQs are posted on Collegeboard's website. I'm hoping for at least a 3 but I'm not too sure.
After the exam I went to get feedback for my practice APCSP written response. Everyone told me to go home but I stayed until I got feedback. Afterwards, I went home.
OK, side rant. I encourage you to skip it. I'm just expressing my anger over what happened during the day. LITERALLY all of the seniors were telling me to go home. That's so rude! Why the hell did people think it was OK to usher someone else out of the classroom to go home? Is my presence really that unwelcoming? Say it to my damn face it you want to say something! Can't I act for the purposes of educational pursuit? Yeah, at the end I did go home, but can't I act by myself? If I want to do something can't I do it? Must my actions seriously be commented on? If I want to stick around to get feedback I think I have the right, especially at a school with teachers, to do so. And why didn't my teacher support me? Did you want me to get out of the classroom too? Shouldn't I be protected from hurtful comments, especially at a school that promotes social justice so frequently? It's actually so damn absurd and insane. Especially at school I should be able to go to class and learn; that's the whole point of school. Others shouldn't care that I have early dismissal; frankly it shouldn't be their business where I go in the school day.
I didn't really immediately study when I got home. Instead, I decided to play around and I made the "AP® Gardening and Farming Exam." It was fun to make and I hope the College Board Overlords don't incriminate me and cancel all of my AP scores for making this humorous image!
After I finish I did a practice MCQ for APCSP, and I got pretty much all of them right except 2 questions. Unfortunately for my feedback on the written response I got a little cooked, but I was on the right track.
