May 27th: Memorial Day, Speech Video Editing

Today was really productive!

Happy Memorial Day everyone. Thank you to everyone who serves/served.

Starting at 11am, with only maybe 5-10 minute breaks every hour, I edited my speeches for LionBot Robotics elections! I'm running for the team captain and programming lead positions. These videos have the most amount of editing I've ever put into any video, so I'm very proud of them.

When the speeches are presented after school, though it's optional, I plan on doing my speech live instead of on video. Though this means that my speech will receive less attention, I think people should hear my speech in person. I intend on doing some processing when I'm presenting my speech that way it still has some aspects of the video, like the presentation, the teleprompting, and the captioning.

Hopefully I can get obtain those positions! I really want to see LionBot Robotics prosper. I've also printed out a poster so I can maybe hang or have passed around. I also want to put my face on the dollar bill and pass those out so people can remember me!
