May 31st: The Seniors' Last Day 😢😭
Today was bittersweet. Rather sad, yet joyous for a new chapter in my friends' lives.
It was the seniors' last day at school today. Though I don't know when it is, I hope I can attend their commencement (graduation) ceremony!
I pulled an all-nighter today to make gifts for my senior friends. I wanted to make more for more friends, but unfortunately I really wanted the red envelopes to be perfect, so I spent a lot of time testing and making sure that the red envelope would be perfect, which made me run out of time personalizing them for people. I hope my senior friends that I gave red envelopes to liked them!
A lot of the seniors became gamblers, so they've been playing poker the entire day as well. I skipped class a little to watch them.
During lunch break, since it was the last day, people were playing with water. At first, it was allowed and it seemed to be school sanctioned, but only in the field. However, it got out of hand, and people started shooting with water in the middle of the quad. It was crazy! Fortunately, I was playing poker in a classroom, but it was being abused for water, and the floor got all wet.
In 6th period I finally finished the Calculus project I was slacking on. It's 3D printed, but the print failed. I still managed to salvage it and it looks good enough.
I'm really sad that my friends are leaving. There's the chance I will never talk to them ever again, which makes me really, really sad! I love talking to my senior friends! But I'm happy for them; they're going to better and bigger places. Thank you for being with me, seniors! I'm so happy to have met you.
Thanks for reading,
Issac
