November 13th: Cross Country Practice and Sleep

Today was OK.

In XC Practice, we ran sprints. Then we did a few frog jumps. That's all! I really need to learn how to manage my side stitches. I think they're the only problem I'm having. Otherwise, I feel fine aerobically and physically. I really need to learn how to prevent them, and when I feel them coming, what I can do to make sure they don't worsen to the point of significantly reducing my pace.

I slept very little last night, yet, by waking up 15 minutes later in the morning instead of exactly 7AM, I felt good! I really need sleep, but during calculus class, I got an energy drink and I've been drinking that into the night so I can have enough energy for studying and writing college essays.
