November 5th: Cross Country Practice and Locking In
Today was fine.
In XC Practice, we left class early to practice running hills at lake Chabot. We ran 5 miles. We ran at the actual lake too, at the Lake Chabot Marina. I didn't run as fast as I hoped too, I think my legs were still sore from the frog jumps from yesterday. Near the end though, I learned to fight the hills and work past them. My respiratory system was fine, I could breathe well, but my biggest problem were my legs today.
Today I intend to lock in. I intend to write a bunch. I intend to not procrastinate, to not diverge into something different, to get off YouTube. Let's see if I end up doing that after writing this blog! Hear tomorrow!
