October 24th: Cross Country Practice and Sleep
Today was fine.
Last night, I was so tired and sleepy, I took a light nap in my chair before waking up to get ready for bed.
Today, for XC Practice, we ran 4 miles. I think I had it in me to run faster, but I have shin splints. I need to know to ignore the pain.
When I got home, after a small snack, I took another big nap, for two hours! After I woke up I wasn't productive until night.
