September 11th: Robotics Eviction, Cross Country Practice, and Bike

Today had its ups and downs.

The robotics team has been finally evicted from our old storage space. It really sucks since our old storage space was an office that was attached to our room. Now, our storage is in a smaller shed, almost 300 feet away from our workspace, that is susceptible to the elements. We weren't even made aware of the date of the move; Just that it would eventually happen. It was during lunch that I was made aware, and our programming lead Matthew went around finding robotics members to help bring out the special items. Hopefully this change won't affect us too much. I know it'll be really annoying during meetings though, especially in the event of bad weather, which inevitably happens at our school.

In XC Practice, we ran 3 miles. I beat my PR! My previous PR was 24"50', and now it's 24"23'. Really nice! I'm happy about my time and I hope it continues to get lower.

After robotics and practice, I rushed home to get ready for Calculus class. I wasn't going to be driven today, I got my bike back from my shop. It still has some problems but I'm glad I'm more independent when going to class now, and that I have my bike!
